How to engage us

  1. First we discuss with clients the service objectives, estimated financial return and other business benefits required
  2. We then operate the service for three months on a fixed price, together with the client reviewing work volumes, resources and SLA/KPI performance, versus reasonable estimates of demand for the next nine months
  3. We then operate the service on an agreed pricing model for the next nine months, before entering a 3+3+3yr services contract
