How to engage us
- First we discuss with clients the service objectives, estimated financial return and other business benefits required
- We then operate the service for three months on a fixed price, together with the client reviewing work volumes, resources and SLA/KPI performance, versus reasonable estimates of demand for the next nine months
- We then operate the service on an agreed pricing model for the next nine months, before entering a 3+3+3yr services contract
